We want to refresh the game screenshots in the Apple and Google stores in time for the next major update to be released at the end of October. Once again, we'd like your help! Are you ready to have the world's eyes on you?
What better way to introduce the game than by using screenshots taken by our very own community? Through this new competition, you can become the star of the stores alongside your guild, your alliance, and your friends!
The selected screenshots will be used on the game's product page in the App Store and in the Play Store.
So, by entering the competition, you're agreeing that your images can be used for this purpose from the moment you submit your entry.
The Concept
One screenshot will be selected for each of the following three categories:
- Get your whole guild together in an original location and fly your standards! Don't overdo it, though! We don't want the image to be overly cluttered or difficult to look at.
- Put together a group of eight warriors and set off in search of the most badass map and dungeon!
- Are you plotting a huge AvA? Be ready to snap that screenshot! Get as many people as possible on the same map. Same concept, but now you fight! We need as many players as possible dueling to the death!
- If the opportunity presents itself, we reserve the right to choose other images outside of these three categories. We would be particularly interested in a screenshot that shows in-game crafting and trade.
There are a few rules to follow
- Do not activate transparency mode.
- Deactivate coordinates in the top-left corner.
- Do not activate tactical mode for fights.
- Do not activate creature mode.
- There should not be any chat lines in the screenshot.
- Move the shop button into the edge of the screen.
- Do not crop the image using digital retouching software and don't apply any effects.
In short, the screenshot must be as clean and readable as possible!
How to Participate?
Each participant can submit as many images as he or she likes.
Don't forget to let us know the screenshot's category!
All you have to do is post them to one of the following locations:
- Posting on the comments section of this news
- Posting on Twitter, using the hashtag #ScreenDT and tagging @DOFUSTouch_EN
The contest is open to all communties and ends on Sunday, October 18th at 11:59 PM CEST.
